TrumpLand and Clinton Archipelago - Vivid Maps

In square miles, yes the Republicans hold a distinct advantage. However, square miles don't vote. People vote. In that regard, the advantage isn't as distinct. As long as Trump delivers in his promises, Republicans will be fine and may enjoy a long run at the top. If he doesn't, or if things go sour, don't think that people won't flip.

Totally agree. 2020 will be a referendum on Trump. If he does well in the first four years, he will be re-elected fairly easily IMO no matter who runs for the Dems...if he runs. He may decide to back out and let Pence run if he thinks things are going well since he will be 74 then. However, if things don't go well, the Dems could definitely win in 2020. What is important is that he do well in the first two years so the R's can have a huge majority in both houses heading into 2020.
