Ludlow @ Bellevue Predictions

Featured Replies

I think though that experience will help Ludlow with having alot of players that started in last years game playing, while Bellevue lost pretty much everyone from last years team. So that is why I will give the edge to Ludlow in this one.

Bellevue did lose a lot, but the they still have quite a few with varsity playing experience. The edge I think goes to Bellevue, because the kids they have back, have experienced winning before and have playoff experience. Ludlow kids do not. I think this is important because this game will be treated like a big playoff game for both teams. Bellevue gets the edge and the victory

Bellevue 20

Ludlow 14

I could not agree anymore... I think what occurred at Bellevue last year; 9 wins, a co-district championship, and a second-round playoff appearance will help Bellevue's showing in this district rivalry game.

Bellevue – 20

Ludlow – 14

Ludlow did miss out on the playoffs last year but had made it the prior 2 years and a number of Ludlows starters now were a part of that experience and are hungry to taste that playoff feeling again.

Were the seniors on Ludlows team not apart of Ludlows playoff team 2 years ago when they were sophomores? All the seniors on the team have been apart of two playoff teams for Ludlow since they been in high school. I know only a couple of them got to play in those seasons, but that is the same with the few players Bellevue has with playoff experience last year. These Bellevue kids have only had one playoff season since they been in high school. So the Ludlow kids have more experience with winning and going to the playoffs actually... Plus this is basically the same exact team last year that Bellevue played except for a few kids that graduated. So these kids also have alot more Varsity experience. So I believe the edge does go to Ludlow on that one and gets them the victory.

I expect this to really be a running game. Expect Bellevue to get a taste of big Aaron Duncan with Gilbert and Rouse running on his side of the line. I stick with my earlier prediction.

What a great atmosphere this will be for High School Football. I have no alliance to either team but may just venture down to watch this game. Tradition on display for Bellevue, Borcher's first trip to Bellevue as head coach and most likely the winner makes the playoffs and loser stays home. This has the makings of a game to be remebered for years to come.

I give the emotional edge for Bellevue and the experience edge to Ludlow. Coaching may play a role with adjustments and experience and that has to go to Eckstein.

I'll go with the Tigers in a grinder, 21 - 20.

Expect ludlow to get a taste of all of Bellevue offense of line with Ross, Tag and Daines running on both sides of the line.

Ludlow goes into Bellevue and comes away with a victory

Panthers 14

Tigers 6

Ludlow 22-16.

Tigers win this one!

I will agree with just about everyone on here in saying that this game will be a dog fight from whistle to whistle. Both teams have their respective advantages to this game. But when all is said and done, I do not believe that Ludlows kids who are tough and gritty kids just like Bellevue, won't be tough and gritty enough to win this game. I will pick Bellevue in a close game.

The key to this game is Bellevue will win the turnover battle and the toughness battle.

This should be a game that ESPN CLASSIC should air.

I think Ludlow proved to be just as tough and gritty as the Tigers in this game.
