November 28, 20169 yr I've been critical of Trump and pretty much every decision he has made and likely will be critical of every decision he ever makes in his life. Except this one. Jared Kushner as his true top advisor is the best choice he has made. Now, as I stated I likely will disagree with pretty much every choice they make but I feel like if Trump has a successful presidency it will be because of Kushner and the more I read and learn about Kushner the more I like him. I like this man a lot. A whole lot. He's easily my favorite Trump aide and I look forward to watching him grow in power politically. This man knows what he is doing and his "unflinching loyalty" is something I have a tremendous amount of respect for. Did I say I really love me some Kushner? November 28, 20169 yr I saw one story on TV that said he was the #1 reason that Trump won the election. They said his decision making and where to focus the campaign was scoffed at by many but ended up being spot on.

In all seriousness, I think you will end up liking Trump more than a lot of people that voted for him. The main reason you are being so critical of Trump is because you feel President Obama got unfairly criticized on here over the past 8 years and you are looking for payback :lol2: Viewed without the prism of an ® or (D) next to each decision, I think he'll be very centrist and you will probably end up liking him...you might not vote for him, but I think you will like him as a President.

I hope to like him as a POTUS. I was disturbed and totally put off by his campaign and his behavior so the irony of people not liking Obama for a plethora of reasons but choosing to vote for Trump is not lost on me. I won't say Obama was unfairly criticized because everyone has a different perspective. I do agree. I wouldn't be surprised at all if I end up liking him more than the people who voted for him and that would be an even bigger payback for me. You think I'm bad now. Don't let me join #TeamTrump because he was a wolf in sheep's clothing. :lol2: :lol2: I really really like Kushner. My main concern is that if nepotism laws don't allow him to become an official member of the cabinet I think we all know that Trump will still share highly classified information with him. I honestly don't have a problem with that because it seems clear that he trusts Kushner more than anyone else. Kushner is that man though. This cat not only dated Trump's daughter but they have an offspring waiting to be royalty, he is closer to Trump than anyone else and used his relationship with Trump to chop the head of off Christie's political ambitions at the greatest time in revenge for what Christie did to his father. I thought that cutting off Christie was good move for multiple reasons - cronyism and the terrible bridge-gate. Was not aware of this linkage.
