My wife said today they had a 1 year old die of whooping cough (pertussis) at the hospital she works in. Parents had chosen not to vaccinate.

It is a shame that people today cannot travel back in time before there were vaccines. Back then, there were a whole lot of devastated parents who would have given anything to have prevented the deaths/disabilities their children suffered.

 

Today parents have the luxury of debating the necessity of vaccines.
