October 18, 20169 yr Author Because she's a runner. I see runners out at 4 and 5am all the time when I'm walking my dogs. Nothing at the time the comments were posted indicated why she was where she was. I don't, though, automatically assume the worst. Knowing what I know now, I get what the question was. But I didn't have that info then. I would not let my 15 year old daughter out at 4am or 5am. Not in this day and time.
