Johnson Central 35 Logan, WV 7

Bryan Station is used to playing quality teams every week. Great athletes, new coach, and I would expect them to be one of the best teams we'll see this year. Not sure what it'll say about November, but there's no question that they're a good football team and a quality opponent that can beat us. Looks like we'll be seeing them for the next few years under the new alignment.

Does anybody have any stats from tonight?

Johnson Central's opponnent from last week, South Point, beat always tough Wheelersburg, OH tonight by the score of 21-14. This is the same Wheelersburg team that lost to perinnial Ohio power Ironton on a last second FG last weekend. It sure does speak volumes about how well the Eagles are looking this year IMO.

Good for them. I know they're senior-dominated, and they played very hard at Central. IMO, South Point was by far the best team we've faced this year, and had Central played 1/2 a game against them like they did against Logan last night (with the exception of our usual defensive headhunters, i.e., Dials, Gordouze, Tackett, Johnson, Conley, Dillon, etc.), South Point might have won. Those guys make the secondary's job much easier.
