I'm still trying to make sense of the result of the Wisconsin/Michigan State score from this past weekend. Still, don't see the Badgers doing that twice. Wolverines win.

Michigan 31-17.

Wisconsin by a Touchdown. Michigan has yet to give me a reason to think they are a contender just yet. Wisconsin has.

:lol2:

Tell me what Michigan has done to deserve to be a heavy favorite in this game over a team with 2 top 10 wins (at the time) when Michigan hasn't played a team with a heartbeat yet? This should be a pick 'em game.

You misunderstood my post. You wanna think Wisconsin can win, that's fine, I have no issue with that.

I was laughing because before even reading your post, I knew exactly what you were going to say.

I understand this poll if we are factoring in the point spread (Wiscy +10), but I'm thoroughly befuddled at this poll straight up.

You think Michigan is that good? If you do that's fine, but based upon what? The eye test? They haven't played anyone yet. The only real team they have played they probably would have lost if Colorados QB didn't get hurt. Would it surprise me if Michigan came out and blew Wisconsin out, no. But I think this poll reflects that we've seen Wisconsin play quality competition already and look pretty good. The same can't be said for Michigan yet.

If the game was on a neutral field, I think Michigan is a TD better based purely on talent and coaching. It's in the Big House, I've seen nothing from Wisconsin that leads me to believe they can win.

They just beat the crap out of Michigan State at MSU. Who has Michigan beat the crap out of? Hawaii? Big difference. Michigan may very well win, but saying Wisconsin hasn't shown anything opposed to Michigan simply is a false narrative. Michigans best win is against a mediocre Pac 12 team where they were trailing before the opposing QB got hurt. I don't see how you can say, unbiased, that Michigan has shown you anything yet.

First off, I'm not unbiased, nor have I claimed to be. :lol2:

Secondly, I'm of the opinion that Michigan State is a slightly above average football team. They beat the crap out of a team that barely beat atrocious Notre Dame the week prior. The same Notre Dame team that just lost at home to Duke. Sorry if I don't find that impressive.
