September 26, 20169 yr Id say this chick is gonna get paid pretty good when the lawsuit is settled. Dallas v Monroe gives the schools the right to remove a student under the Civil Rights Act of 1964 if a hostile environment is created and is perceived to be a problem. A jury would have to decide if it meets the criteria for dismissal.
