I think Conner and Cooper are 10/11, imo and it doesn't matter which order. That will shake itself out in a few weeks. Cooper did not play very well Friday night, credit SK for that. But the difference in that game was big plays. Cooper made some uncharacteristic mistakes in that game giving up 3 passing TD's of like 50+ yards. Lonaker also missed some wide open receivers in that game. Again, the credit goes to SK. They dominated Cooper up front and wanted it more! But I think it will be a good battle between Conner and Cooper like it is every year.

Conner is a more phyiscal team. Cooper has beat teams with losing records and was beat by a 1-4 team.

 

Not that is matters one bit but that's your logic? Throw out the SK game who both teams lost to and look at the caliber of competition. Conner: Boone, Scott and Dixie vs. Cooper: Highlands (1st game of the year), Bryan Station, NCC, and Campbell. SK is #1 and further showed why vs. Cooper and will stay that way until someone knocks them off but judging by the midway point I would certainly say there is no comparison who's faced stiffer competition between Conner and Cooper. It'll all get settled later next month in district play but until then, who cares.

Coopers defense gives up a lot of points. Conner has only gave up a touchdown in every game other than the SK game. Conner has a good qb, rb, receivers and their line play is real good. If SK has to play one of them again I hope it is Cooper.

I can't see anyone making a logical argument for putting Ryle in front of SK at this point.
