KRS says a deputy can enter or break in the residence to arrest a person or if they suspect a person that is a fugitive/has a warrant is inside.

Get it and use it more often. We've all seen videos where it could have been handled better. Yes, it's a small % but those small % are the ones that CAN be big problems.

I posted the KRS a few pages ago. Deputies in KY don't have to have a warrant in certain circumstances.

If they're on my property, what they're doing there is absolutely my concern.

 

And there isn't a chance in hell plantman would be at my house. :lol2:
