Elder (OH) 20 Scott County 14

Scott County closing the gap with the GCL. Think they have a two year series with Moeller coming up next.

This is big for Scott County.

Huge penalty called on SC brought back a huge TD run which would have put them up 14-0. Took a little momentum away from the cards. Hard fought battle both ways. This SC team is still young and could be better next year. Looking forward to the Moeller series

Wow. When was the last time Scott County went without a rushing TD?

I didn't get to go tonight, but SC was on the 13 yard line with like 20 seconds to go but couldn't convert on 4th down. Must have been a heck of a game.

Why do you think this is huge for Scott County? From what I am hearing Elder is not that good this year.

Even in down years the GCL teams have been much better than the KY teams.

Sounds like a good game. I am leaning toward making my first trip ever to the pit next week. Elder plays Lakewood. ST Ed.

Couldn't help myself given Trinity's performance against the GCL.

Elder may be down from years past but it isnt as much as people think. They did just beat top ranked power St. Edward. It just makes this game that much more impressive for the Cardinals.
