Thank you Greybeard and a congrats to your Tomcats on a big win tonight.:thumb:

Congrats Rams...I hope you guys continue to win and make this a very special season.

Did anyone else notice the volume of the announcer was extremely loud during the first quarter? He does a great job; it was just too loud. I saw Coach TJ Maynard motion for the announcer to quieten down. Ofcourse his request was granted, much to the pleasure of all the fans.

It was to the point of being a problem. He does do a super job and really gets into the game but the volume is hard even on an old guy like me.

I wasn't there but I have heard him before and he does go overboard.

It sounds like the Rams worked out a lot of their mistakes from last week. Especially on defense and special teams.:thumb: Great job, lets never be satisfied and continue to improve each week.

Congrats to the Rams on another victory. It looks like some of the other kids stepped it up without Beach tonight. Good luck the rest of the season.

I think the volume was for the Russeell/ Greenup fans. You couldnot hear the announcer on the visiter side at Greenup, so it may have been for our listening pleasure. OH yea,,, thanks for leaving the scoreboard on last night so we could check the score on our way home. Great job Rams...

You are correct once again Oldrambler!! The Rams made great improvements from week 1. They still have to do a better job of holding on to the football and we still gave up some long runs. It was by far the best overall defensive game they have played in 4 years. They are a very physical football team, especially the LB crew and the guys up front who make it possible for the LB's to get to the ball.

Another note on the Rams announcer, I was sitting on my porch in Worhtington and I heard him and I am not kidding! :sssh: :sssh:

i was a little dissappointed last night I thought Cville was going to sing the National Anthem and ride around on the fire truck. I think he had his ticket and concession stand visit riding on it. Maybe he will make his debut at the next home game.

Sorry you were dissapointed oldram but I guarantee that you would have been even more disappointed if it did happen.(LOL) I will be present at the next home game but the debut should be reserved for someone more qualified!! I will just remain in the seats giving support to the Rams!! Job well done by the Rams.:dancingpa

Slow start by the Rams on offense but got it going midway through first quarter. Defense really dominated the game all night. All the RB's ran the ball well and Mullins, Boyles, Deskins, and Hammond step up in absence of Beach. Overall the rams looked good. Big one next at east.
