This may be their year for a state runner up trophy I agree. No one is going to beat Trinty this year.

SK may be good, but if you base their greatness on these two victories you may want to pump the brakes. Cal is a 2A school, and Eastern and Bryan Station are very mediocre 6A teams, (just read their preseason reviews on their returning players) neither team will win 5 games. I still think that side of the playoff bracket is Lafayette's to lose.

I dunno, both teams already have one win. Eastern could win against Collins, Dunbar, or Butler and they are the favorite against Seneca and J-town. Station is a bit more in doubt, but they could get five wins with Madison Central, Mead County, Tates Creek and Dunbar still on the schedule.

 

Lafayette and SK definitely look to be the strongest teams in that bracket, though.

Racke showed great speed on his long TD run. Station DB finally caught him and it almost resulted in a touch back.

 

Not sure how your post got in my last post but Racke was moving on that long run. It would be nice to see him get to play a full game. He only played a couple quarters against CAL and maybe 2 quarters against Station.

Ok, but I believe I made the point that both schedules are very weak schedules. Actually forget their win totals, they mean nothing considering their cream puff schedules. If they Eastern can beat, or play competative against Ballard, Trinity, or Manual, and the same for Bryan Station against Cooper, Scott Co, Lafayette, and Henry Clay, then I may consider the Christian Academy and Bryan Station wins good.
