July 22, 201610 yr Author Why cant people do as they are instructed? That's really secondary in this particular situation. The bigger issue is the other officer's comments to the lady about blacks having violent tendencies.
July 22, 201610 yr He told her multiple times to get back in her car, she refused. She got back in her car. He then told her to get out of the car, and she says okay and starts to get up. He then grabs her and slams her to the ground. He told her to put her hands behind her back, she keeps saying she's trying, but he keeps at it, and slams her again. Even more troubling are the comments of the other officer once she's in the car. There is no place for that kind of bias and prejudice on a police force.

July 22, 201610 yr Couldn't see all the video, kept freezing up, but saw most of it. That doesn't look good and the officer greatly escalated an event that probably would have been just a typical traffic stop in most cases by most officers. My question to the officer would be simple...why did you feel the need to do what you did physically in that situation? I'm not surer he could come up with a good answer. And what was she originally stopped for? I know she said she assumed it was for speeding, but do we know?
