I understand Haley Daugherty has transferred from Highlands to Simon Kenton.

 

Shouldnt she be in consideration for one of the top scorers? She and Myers had outstanding year's at Highlands last season as Freshman.

In consideration... possibly so. If she has transferred to SK she is now in the 8th Region, she could score 20+ goals at SK and still not end up being their leading scorer next season.

Good point on being a different Region. It looks like it's a done deal, her Dad is posting pictures of her SK Uniform on FB.

Been gone since last spring. She will not be the leading scorer at SK as they might well have the best soccer player in the NKY area this year.

A few reasons, but Dad getting hitched and soon to be wife having house in Independence was the primary one.

You boys are always worried about yourself. Hope she adjusts to her new school quickly. Tough to do in high school years for girls.

Lindsay Meyer is a stud!! I don't follow girls' soccer closely, but I've seen Linds play a number of times due to her family and club team, and wow, she is amazing.

 

Look forward to catching a few Birds' games this year to see how she has developed / grown since the Spring.
