July 11, 201610 yr Author I'm assuming you had cut her off? Good for you. Yep...was timing mowing my yard later in the cool(er) of the evening, and finishing just as it was getting dark, so in reality I didn't have time to mow hers too which was part of the plan. I was about to break down though as her yard was looking pretty ragged, but it all worked out seems like.

July 11, 201610 yr Author I am struggling with my neighbor not mowing their's when I think they should...young whipper snappers wait until until it's tall enough to graze then mow.... Mowed mine Friday night. It was pretty bad as it had gone almost 2 weeks between mows due to some rain/storms we had. It was pretty tall and THICK. So what did I do? I decided to try my bagger option for the first time. Big mistake. Now remember, I have a small yard, around a 1/4 acre lot or so, and the front yard is smaller than the back. I barely got half way done with the front before the bag was so full it was dragging the ground and raising the front wheels off the ground. Just barely finished the front yard before I had to empty the bag again. I now have a garbage can full of nothing but grass clippings. Needless to say I took the bag off and went back to mulching, which was a hassle as well as the mower kept chocking out. I need to put the side discharge shield on.:banghead:
