What does Paducah Tilghman need to do to improve in 2016? What do they need to keep doing to be successful? Remember, please be constructive.

From what I am hearing, the players are really excited about playing for a former NFL player in Barber. They have talked about how he talks about the game of football, rather than the x and o's. If the excitement level stays high, I would expect Tilghman to do well this year.

One of the better OC's in my opinion. Beyond that I don't know what to expect from the Blue Tornado. The new Skipper is unproven at this level but is bringing excitement which should translate into more kids and talent but can they get the pieces to fit? That will tell the tale of this years Blue Tornado I would think
