We are different from other sites, as we expect posts to promote discussion, not attack other posters. To keep this forum open (and individual members able to post in it), here is what we need: 1) Don't make posts personal. 2) Keep conversations on topic, as opposed to deflecting it to your most recent or favorite pet gripe. 3) Everyone has the right to post and reply to any thread and post.
