So America believes that people are unable to rise above race and ethnicity differences and do their jobs? :no:

 

Not my America.

 

There are certainly a whole lot of people in Louisville that believe that. Look at the threads about Olu Stevens. Is he a racist because he's come straight out and said the white prosecutor in Louisville is biased against black defendants?

 

I know for a fact that many that are blasting Trump for his comments about this judge are praising Stevens for his heroic stand.

 

Just so I an sure I understand the new rules. White person questions the objectivity of a non-white judge, that's racism. Non-white judge questions the objectivity of a white prosecutor, that's heroic. Got it.

 

You may want to deny it but your America is absolutely the place where people do not believe that anyone can just rise above race and do their job and it's people that speak from you side of the issues that keep fanning those flames.

 

One final thought, if courts by definition are unbiased and questioning those possible biases is off limits then why are both sides so concerned about the make-up of the Supreme Court?
