Clinton aide to take the fifth in deposition

Clinton Aide Bryan Pagliano Plans to Take the Fifth at Deposition | LawNewz

I've always felt if you plead the fifth in any sort of review about your conduct as a government employee you should be banned from ever working in the government or around the government in the future.

When a person enlists in the army they lose some of their rights, I feel working in the government should be no different when you have the entire nations trust in what you do.

Does this guy work for Clinton or the government?

I'd assume if you are an aid to the U.S. Secretary of State at the time, you are working for the government.

In short, when I worked for the Government we didn't get to plead 5th.

And they shouldn't be able to plead the fifth now. This is how criminals like Hillary Clinton get away with everything she's done because nobody around here will testify. They can just act like it didn't happen and it all goes away. They should get charged with contempt and put in jail if they will not testify to the truth. And like someone said earlier banned from ever working in any fashion for the government ever again.

I don't know any of the "facts" here but the aide should plead the 5th until he or she can get immunity. If not, all the little peeps (meaning anyone other than Clinton) will get locked up forever.

I can see that legal maneuver. But haven't people gone to jail for the Clinton's before.

No matter what I say someone will say Snopes says it is false. And they will say false in 43 thousand words.

I have no idea but it does sound like the pressure is getting amped up.

If I were this guy, I'd be VERY careful and pay attention to my surroundings at all times.

You thinking he might make the false list?

They just need one or two eggs to crack to collaborate information. They don't need them all to break

For sure.

Well stated Fear.

Uh, Hilary is the government. Haven't you been watching how much she is loved even when faced with jail.

Didn't someone already get immunity?

I thought it was this guy.
