April 19, 201610 yr As much as Jon Jones has been a disappointment outside the ring, I still want to see him win. It would set up a rematch between him and Cormier. I hadn't heard of OSP so I watched a few of his fights on youtube. The man is a beast. Texeria beat him solely on technique. If OSP has more time to develop skills Texeria will have his hands full. OSP is so strong. He was able to just push his way out from under Texeria on several occasions. Eventually, OSP got tired and Texeria was too good for him. I'd love to see Rumble Johnson vs OSP and the winner of that be matched up against the winner of Jones vs Cormier. Jones will definitely have his hands full with OSP. He better respect his kicks and his power punches (I think everything OSP throws is a power punch). However, I have seen it before, a guy looks like a beast against lesser opponents but when the competition is stepped up he looks more ordinary. This match should tell a lot about OSP.
April 21, 201610 yr OSP is for real and could match up with Jones athletically. OSP was a standout football player for Tennessee.
April 21, 201610 yr Danny Roberts (12-1) vs. Dominique Steele (14-6) Dominique Steele is a Cincinnati native and won the "fight of the night" in his last outing. Root for the Hometown kid!
April 24, 201610 yr Actually a great night of fights...the least amount of action came from Jones vs. OSP. Mighty Mouse KO'd Cejudo in impressive fashion. That KO will have a tough challenge from Yair Rodriguez's head kick KO (crane kick, no can defend!) for KO of the night. Barbosa was darn impressive and Whittaker vs. Natal was non-stop action! Jones' body slam of OSP in the fourth round was impressive, but otherwise he just outclassed OSP with his leg kicks and volume of strikes.
