I am sure Cormier realizes he missed a chance to defeat Jon Jones. Cormier would have beat this Jon Jones. It would be a good idea for Jones to take a couple of fights before taking on Cormier. This would help him to get back to top form. I don't think that will happen because the fight that will attract money to the promoter and the fighters is Jones v Cormier.
