What does Eminence need to do to improve in 2016? What do they need to keep doing to be successful? Remember, please be constructive.

The first step is get a coaching staff in place. After that work on getting them in the weight room and on the field fast as possible. Also, focus on getting more kids out to make a bigger roster. This could help as well.

I have a friend who has been trying to contact the principal per her instructions via email or phone regarding the head coaching job. He has tried both for over a week with no return message. Not sure what is going on there.

Any word on who they may hire or any names of possible interest in the position?

Spring Practice beginning around the state this week.

Word I have heard is former Carroll Co coach will be the new coach.

Weedman?

Wesselman from Owen.

Wesselman from Owen.

I did hear that he interviewed for the job yesterday.

Not sure why he would leave an AD position for Head Coaching Position at Owen, then try and get another job in a different district? Any insight? 2 HC jobs within a few months? Has to turn some people off.

I'm gonna go ahead and assume you're trying to be funny. Bad attempt.

Not trying to be funny, truly relaying the message.

I looked at KHSAA, Eminence is historically pretty good. Coach Fromeyer had them boys playing ball!! (8-man and 11 man)

I heard once thar in the mid-90s that they had 60+ kids on the team every year.

Yes I have heard Weedman
