April 11, 201610 yr It's just a convoluted of saying "we as party bosses know more than you the voter so we will nominate whomever we want...we really do not care who you vote for". I don't blame Cruz for outgaming Trump and Kasich. But the system in Colorado (and some of the other states) is a total joke.
