April 11, 201610 yr Cats lead by one heading to the bottom of the sixth. Tigers threaten but the Cats get out of trouble thanks to a sweet double play. Cats get two runs in the top of the seventh and lead,3-0. Yes I watched this one on the SEC network.
April 11, 201610 yr Great pitching by both teams so far in this series. UK won with just one hit last night. Back to Back shutouts by UK #1 and #2 pitchers bodes well hopefully has the post season approaches.

April 12, 201610 yr LSU pitcher motions for catcher to come out and may or may not have asked for a time out. UK runner on 3rd runs home as pitcher and catcher just watch 20 feet away. Pitcher "may" have asked for time but it was never acknowledged by any umpire...UK scores! LSU coach came out to argue but after several minutes the run was allowed. Very next pitch is lined to right, so run in all liklihood would have scored any way.

Watched all 3 games of this series, great pitching and defense by the Cats. Instead of practice on Saturday, had the NewCath softball team at the house to watch game.
