I wasn't sure where you were going with the story at first. Wasn't sure if it was a mom too involved or a coach not doing his/her duty. just couldn't figure out from your post. Sounds like the coach is a little clueless or gave up on the team.

 

Im also confused about what is trying to be conveyed....but been an imteresting read...guess im not the only one not getting it
