I've got a handful of Questions -- Has east carter lost ? If so to who ? How did Ashland get voted up ahead of them?

Also I live close to Wheelersburg Oh , they are playing next weekend against East Jess and Scott Co . How many D1 players does each of those squads have ? WBurg will be ranked 1 or 2 in the state when D3 rankings come out for Ohio in 2-3 weeks , went to the final four last year before losing to Taryn Alvelo ( Washington huskie ace ) Burg has 3 D1 player in SS-C Michael Cunningham- LSU , Morehead St signee is the 2b , and their pitcher is unsigned but has small d1 offers . Plus several other Naia -D2-3 players . The games are played in Ashland .

Scott Co is playing a round robin in Scott Co next weekend against McCracken, Male and Anderson Co. But, both teams are very tough teams and pitching is pretty good. Scott Co played E Jess and it was a really good game with Scott Co winning 3-2. A lot of solid players on both sides. Scott Co has D1, D2 and NAIA. I think E Jess is about the same.

Any idea what schools they will be playing at ?

Collins plays #11 Butler and #18 Christian County tonight in Bowling Green. It will be interesting to see how they do in both of those.

Two ranked teams among many more to come for the Lady Titans. So far their only losses are to #2 Scott County, #13 Mercy, and #19 Meade County. All 3 of those games were close. One thing is for sure, Collins will be well prepared for postseason play with at least 11 ranked opponents remaining on their schedule.

East Carter is undefeated at 9-0. They have played a weak schedule so far, but Montana Fouts' line is still incredible (and doesn't include the last 2 games):

She has struck out 79 of 95 batters!

Pitcher Kennedy Sullivan is a Sophomore and has pitched great. She went 10 inning against McCracken Co and pitching was fantastic! Cece Wittry, a Junior, has also pitched some good quality games including the Woodford Co game. Scott Co also have a couple other Sophomores that are getting looks for D1 schools. Princess Valencia is a Sophomore and plays catcher/OF is a beast at hitting right now.

 

Woodford Co is Scott Co's biggest competition in 11th Region. These two schools are power houses this year and it's a shame that both can't go to state. Woodford has great pitching with Caitlyn Karo & Bethany Todd. They have several great players that can crush the ball. Plus have 3 other D1 players that are all quality players: Lindsay Anderson, Katelyn Fergison, Ariel Daily.

 

Tons of great players in the 11th Region!!

Meanwhile Woodford has been MIA this season. After all the hype keep looking for scores but they don't seem to be playing. Looks like their season starts this week. Crazy!!
