April 3, 201610 yr Sounds like right around Ft Wright after the cut in the hill. Coming southbound means it COULD be Heroin related. I hope not, hope everyone ends up being ok.
April 3, 201610 yr Author Still stopped. Looking at Kyle Lane sign for the 189 exit. 2 ambulances. 2 fire trucks. About 8 patrol cars.

April 3, 201610 yr If you are still stopped, take the time to download the Waze app. Best traffic app ever.
April 3, 201610 yr Curious why this would be Heroin related? Have heard sirens all day long off of exit 189. Not saying it is but it's the right area for it to be. We've had a lot of in car OD's as of late especially around 75 south and 275. Folks going to Cinci to get their drugs and can't wait to use them. Not necessarily locals either, people from all over the state. Again I have no reason to say it is heroin related other than proximity and it sounds like it was a bad accident. There's a lot of heroin related accidents that ARE NOT making the news.
April 3, 201610 yr Bluegrasscard said they were starting to let some cars through. Yes using the emergency strip. I understand they had to cut people out of at least one of the vehicles involved. Prayers for all of the folks involved.
April 3, 201610 yr I was coming up the hill earlier and glanced to my left as a SUV was coming into my lane damn near hit me.
April 3, 201610 yr Author Looked like 2 trucks - 1 with a trailer with furniture on it. Mattress was out on highway. Maybe a car as well. They was also a FedEx Ground semi overturned between Columbus and Cincy. Looked like it may been a wind victim. Thanks plantman for check in.

You strap in the mattress and furniture so the wind doesn't take them off the trailer. Instead they become sails and the wind takes the trailer.
