For Newport it looks like addition by subtraction. Definitely showed that some of the other players can really step up when counted upon.

If you think CovCath is hoping to avoid the Cooper team that hung an L on them in the 1st round, you don't know their coaching staff very well.

Wanted to give a shout out to Newport's Head Coach. I was there to watch and root for the Breds but I was impressed by how Newport's coach willed his team to almost win this game. He didn't stop coaching for a second and he did everything but step on the floor to play for those kids. I haven't watched them before so maybe he's always like that but the guy sure earned his paycheck last night!!
