I think both teams are coming into this with momentum behind them, I look for Hinson and the Bears have a good plan for tonight even though I believe neither team wants to show a lot considering they could possibly see each other in a few weeks in the district finals. I look for Crawford to do what he does and get to the rim to put up 32 points. But I also think Kirk and his panthers are really rolling right now and look for the senior leadership to win this one in a barn burner again 72-67 free throws at the end puts it to 5 down the stretch

I'd say this^will be the overwhelming factor in this game- Who can show less.

Big game for Bracken......not so much for Augusta. Panther's goal will be play hard but avoid injury. Bracken has an advantage in this one I think since they'll bring all they got. Even the "homers" will lose faith if they go 0-2 vs' Augusta, no win at Class A and watch the Region from the stands again.

Never :thumb:

Hope we win but in the grand scheme of things this game really doesn't mean anything. More playing for pride for both teams than anything. Both coaches will say otherwise but their is a bigger goal ahead for both teams.

Agree. Don't think this game could mean any less.

Sorry to disagree, but there will be 5 players on the floor for both teams that it means a lot too. Not the tragic end of the season for the loser, but a tremendous momentum builder for the winner!

There is that perspective that I don't disagree with, but all that matters at this point in the season is being ready for the district tournament and each game until then are warmup quizzes before the big test at the end of the month. And the quizzes won't make or break your season.

Agree with this. .. every kid on the floor will want to win this game. I also believe coach Hinson doesn't want to go 0 -2 against his old team. He will coach to win unlike last year but will not show hand before district. This hopefully is just as exciting as the first meeting.

Can't get them all right mcoldtimer:lol2:

I'll take my Polar Bears by 4 in OT

74-70

Thanks.
