He isn't consistent enough and he struggles guarding taller college players and going to the NBA he will be asked to guard Westbrook, Wall, or even Rondo? UKMustangFan Posted February 5, 2016 Share Posted February 5, 2016 Ulis isn't leaving. 5'9" guards are extremely rare in the NBA and he is not at the level at the ones that have made it in the past. Ulis will play in the league, and IMO he'll play for quite a while. He's never going to be a starter, but I see him being a really solid backup for quite a few years.
