IMO: No, he is not. He isn't consistent enough and he struggles guarding taller college players and going to the NBA he will be asked to guard Westbrook, Wall, or even Rondo? No way he can guard them or really any starting NBA PG!!!

Ulis isn't leaving. 5'9" guards are extremely rare in the NBA and he is not at the level at the ones that have made it in the past.

 

Ulis will play in the league, and IMO he'll play for quite a while. He's never going to be a starter, but I see him being a really solid backup for quite a few years.

I think you maybe right down the road, but he isn't leaving/ready after this year. Just IMO

He needs to go to the D league of overseas as he has done all he can do for him and the team!
