Congrats to Senior Center and West Point commit Matt Wilson on recently hitting 1425 points and grabbing 1045 rebounds thus far in the season. Very impressive! Hard working kid with a very bright future. Congratulations again!

Great young man from a great family. I have had the pleasure to watch and coach Matt since he was 9 years old.

I'm still trying to picture what he would have looked like taking snaps for the Camels.

I love me some Matt Wilson and tell everyone that asks what a big fan I am. In the rare instances I've spoken to him off the court, I've been incredibly impressed. So glad he is going to West Point -- a perfect place for that young man. #WinnerForLife

Had multiple people tell me he could have played on Sundays. We'll never know, but going to Army says his basketball decision worked out very well. If he is the kind of young man everyone says, then perhaps West Point, Army career then the Senate is his destiny? Wouldn't it be great to have more young men with this background leading our country rather then lawyers? Sorry, I digress some, but young men like Matt Wilson give us hope. Congrats Matt, you make NKy proud.

West Point is getting a good one. My respect for this young man only grows each time I see him play. In this age of "look at me" and jawing at the Refs or Coaches, Matt's stoic demeanor demonstrates that the team comes first. A young man of high character. Congrats Matt.

One thing about Matt Wilson that you don't find among most other high school players is that he brings it. Every. Single. Night.

 

No doubt about it in my mind, he works hard and is always fun to watch. Also, assuming the numbers in post #1 are career points and boards? Either way, Wilson's a very talented high school athlete.
