January 15, 201610 yr Thanks for the info, that's pretty much on line with what I was thinking. I knew there would be a gap, a small one, but a still a gap. When I mentioned that to him, he didn't really have a response, when I asked him if that would be safe, lol. So I figured I'd ask someone who may know more about that before he blows his hand off. On the other hand, with the barrel conversion options these days I am seriously considering a 10mm as my next handgun. I had my eye on the Walther PPQ for a while because I love the trigger and I'm a Walther fan. But all this talk about the 10mm has me wanting one and Walther has no 10mm options that I know of. I'm not sure how I feel about the glock29 though, it seems a bit small for the 10mm, unless you use the lighter loads that are more like a .40s&w. I bought the full size Glock 10mm because I assumed the recoil would be too much for a small 10 mm like the Glock 29 but really, the recoil is no worse than .40 through a Glock 23 (the mid sized Glock .40 s&w) due to the larger frame and heavy slide so I bet the 29 would not be too bad. Next time you are in Louisville, shoot me a PM and you can shoot a hundred rounds through my Glock 20 and see what you think.

January 15, 201610 yr Don't threaten me with a good time! If you do plan on shooting my G20 and you and your friend with the G29 have no plans to ever reload, bringing any of his fired brass down would be more than payment. Actually, I will take any brass but 10mm is the most desirable for me at the moment.
