Agreed. They have all the pieces to make it- good inside outside play, rebounding, speed, size, perimeter shooting, and a physical brand of basketball. It should be fun to watch.

As for players who have not played much varsity.....

 

CCH- Michael Grimes- very aggressive, rebounder, good at finishing down low.

Holy Cross- Sheena Giwa- not sure how much Varsity he played, but he lightning quick

St. Henry- Matt Garnick- didn't get his shot at CovCath, should do well at St. Henry

St. Henry- Matt Strahlendorf- a great shooter with size, could fit in well along with Kuebbing to form a versatile frontcourt

Holmes- Nelson- as fballstud said, should fit very well into a role as a rebounder.

Holmes- Avery- surrounded by talent, he should have a great season. Adds speed and depth

Beechwood- Alex Hall- good shooter with a little bit of height, could be a nice scorer for the Tigers

Campbell County- Noah Dischar- a solid shooter and great decision maker, could be a good player CC.

 

Great list cch5432!! I know you have some have seen a lot of teams this summer and that backs up your list. Another player I know you have seen ,who keeps improving, but just needs to play at little smarter is Kenny Walker of Campbell Co. He long and can jump. He just needs to play less agressive and more intelligent. He has the tools to be a presence for Campbell Co.

 

I also like what I have seen from Matt Strahlendorf of St. Henry. Adding him and Garnick to the st. henry starting 5 gives them 3 very good shooters from the perimeter. Strahlendorf just needs to show that he is a decent rebounder and can't shy away when they need him to shoot the ball.

What about Franklin Daugherty from Walton he has been having a good summer and has earned a starting spot for the shining stars in nationals this week. I belive this could be a stand out year for him.
