Same coach they have had for years. Holmes played there best they have played all year in the first two quarters, balanced scoring. One interesting stat, Lloyd did not attempt a free throw the entire game, but it was a very good officiated game.

Funny that you should mention this as I almost went on with a ton of other thoughts that I was pondering, but didn't want Daniels' and Arnold's contributions to get lost within 1000 words, so I pulled back on the reins. It was their night to get some much deserved recognition.

I was at that game. It was a nice game all around. The officials did a wonderful job, probably the best that I've seen this year thus far.

 

IMO (in my observation), it seemed that McClendon held back his explosiveness as he recognized that his teammates were having a wonderful game. Holmes was never really threaten and when the Juggs made a (mini) run, they turned up the gas. This was definitely a game where some of the other players can build some confidence. By far this is the best game that I seen Arnold have this season along with Daniels.

Holmes is pretty good. Better than people think.
