Bellarmine University - Troutman named GLVC Player of the Week

 

Bullitt East stud Rusty Troutman was named GLVC player of the week.

 

Bellarmine will hang onto it's number one ranking after beating Christian Brothers this past weekend and I wouldn't be surprised to

see Rusty Troutman get GLVC player of the week again. The Bucs had it within 2 with 13:19 left to go. By the 3:11 mark it was a 24 point lead after a 28-6 run. Troutman scored 16 of his 28 in that time frame including 3 treys.

As for the local boys

Bach was 0-2 with a TO in 10 minutes of action

Frederick was 0-2, 1 brd, 2 assists, and a blocked shot in 8 minutes.

Trentman was 0-1, 1 TO and a board in 4 minutes of action.

final score 68-51

Tough night my friend......hoped for a better night for the local talent. Although I'm always happy to get the W.
