It just amazed me all the Division 1 prospects on this Team and then get beat 70-6 by Trinity. I agree this team has potential but is it realized or were they underachieving. I also realize they are still here 3 wks into the playoffs

They do not play good defense.

Even though I have a dislike for SC they will win in a blowout I think. SC is well disciplined and never do things to hurt themselves but they are very beatable.

It was 70-14...not that it makes a difference. All the D-1 talent is on the offense, not Defense. At this point they are 1 of 8 teams left so to continue to talk about "how bad they are" is kinda unjustified. They have had a 10-2 season this far and are going to regional. Good Luck to both teams!

No not talking about how bad they are because they are not. I just wondering with 2 of the top ranked lineman in Kentucky how they managed 7 points on offense and 1 on a kickoff return. Normally if you win the battle up front you win the game.

No one on this thread said anything about Lafayette being bad....just very undisciplined.

By the way, the two big lineman go both ways.

You're right about them being in the elite 8 of 6A, but they should have been turning in their equipment that Monday after the Dunbar game. Again like someone else said on here, they are a VERYTALENTED team, some players take a down off or not sticking to their assignment which makes them undisciplined. They have to play a PERFECT game to beat the Cards.

They started going both ways half way through the season. Shaw doesn't like playing players both ways in 6A but the the Defense needed it.

big rn, the Rocks actually shut them out on offense - NO offensive TD's. Both scores came from the kick return. Something the Rocks have really improved throughout the season.
