Dante Hendrix became the first player in Cooper history to reach 1,000 yards receiving. He is a very humble player, thanked his teammates for their help in the achievement. He was asked pregame if he was going to get 1,000 and he said all he was worried about was the win. Dante also leads the team in INTs with 6.

Great work. Very fun athlete to watch

The kid is an impressive talent to watch on both the gridiron and the hardwood. If he can put a little bit of muscle mass on going into his senior season I could see him potentially getting a nice D1 offer for sure. He already has a lot of looks from IU, WKU, Murray with I believe WKU being his favorite visit at the present time. I look for other schools to start getting him on campus VERY SOON!
