I expect great things from this group of girls as well! Return a lot of talented players! I put them right behind Holmes as number 2.

I'm excited to watch Highlands this year! Adler had a terrific summer shooting over 40% from 3 for the season.I think she is going to have a monster year. She's learned how to take people off the dribble which has added a new dimension to her game. Leigh was dominate up until the time she got hurt but showed that she can play both inside and out and has a great basketball mind. Coffey is tough as nails and sees the floor very well. They are going to be fun to watch.

Agree HHS prime for another great year. Preseason #2 IMO behind Holmes. They return bulk of a very good team and have excellent coaching. Inside threat/outside threat and an excellent senior point guard is a strong advantage. This team will work hard to take advantage of opponent's weakness and don't put them at the free throw line, they will win a lot of games from the stripe. The talented senior leadership will keep them at the top and in the hunt for a 9th region crown.

Middle school gym? I'm sure Sacred Heart's gym is open on Dec 1st. Just come on down and put a butt kicking on us again.

Been tough. They will have the grade schools until their seasons start and they have the armory in Ft Thomas (which is not ideal). Other than that, they haven't come up with many options as of about a week ago. They've checked several private facilities, but the open times are all over the place and not very convenient. When you're a "for profit" gym, the good times get taken up by the groups with money and are "regulars". I get it and it makes sense, but it just makes it that much tougher.

 

Let me see what I can do about using NewCath, as long as, the softball team gets time in your new building in Death Valley. :lol2:

Middle school courts are usually smaller than high school. Wasn't worried about having enough room for the crowd. LOL

 

For Sacred Heart it takes away some of their strength playing on a smaller court.
