September 29, 20178 yr I put basement grade laminate hardwood several years ago...about 450sq feet. Great decision. You could lay it yourself and save the money....but I get it. Took me about 10 man hours to do mine. A nice square room certainly helps.
October 3, 20178 yr Durability, cleanability, and the fact that they're tough to stain. And beautiful. I love mine, just not a look that can truly be duplicated by laminate.
