September 28, 201511 yr I've been a fairly regular watcher sine this one started. It got a bit rocky when William Peterson left and was replaced with Laurence Fishburne but it rebounded the last few seasons with Ted Danson. The series finale for me was a decent episode with a very lame ending. It was good seeing Gil and Catherine again but they took over the episode leaving the current cast (except Sara) in the background. Anyone else watch? What did you think?
September 28, 201511 yr I think you're pretty much spot on with your assessment. While it was nice seeing Grissom again, this was pretty much a forgettable "finale" for me.
September 29, 201511 yr Having Grissom back made it worthwhile, but it was an average episode. The show probably should have ended 3 seasons ago or so.
