After starting 3-0 behind some dominating defense, some cracks have appeared in Scott's armor. They've allowed 67 points in the last two games combined, but still managed a split of the two. Fortunately, they've got just what the doctor ordered in winless Mason County. The Royals have been shut out twice, and scored only 6 points in one of their other games. Will it be a return to form for Scott?

Scott Eagles by 2 touchdowns.

Important game for both teams . This starts conference play . Mason County has seemed to struggle, and Scott has started off descently. The injury bug has hit Scott hard in the past couple weeks . They found away to overcome that last Friday and pull out the win !! Any word on any of the injured players return?

Trey Hicks was cleared for action today . I believe that translates big for Scott , what ive seen from MC is a bunch of off tackle , dives and sweeps . Trey is a very good run stopping ilb . I don't see MC putting up a lot of points.

Great to hear that he is healthy and ready !!!

Unfortunately for the team I follow, Scott can pretty much name the score in this one. Mason County is young and has major problems scoring, held to 0, 0, 6 and 21 points (against a weak Rowan County squad) in their four games.

But I will be there in any event. Wife will want to see the Homecomiing court, and I don't pass up Friday night lights on a clear early fall evening.

Calling for rain ..on tonight's homecoming game in Mason County. Hopefully lightning stays away !!
