September 10, 201511 yr Eric Davis' 1987 season is at the top of my list for favorite one-year performance by a Redleg since the Big Red Machine days. That was my first full season in Cincy, between my freshman/sophomore year at UC. Spent quite a few nights at Riverfront that season. Usually bought the cheap top 6 seats just to get in, then we'd stand for most of the game behind the blues. Good times!
