August 21, 201511 yr They are a really scary bunch. So ruthless. It's hard to deal with people like that. You need to get down in the dirt and play their game. I know that's not the politically correct or popular thing to say but I feel that is the only solution.
August 22, 201511 yr Everyone wishes it was that easy, but it's not. A lot of innocent people would be killed if we just "blew them off the map" as some people like to say. Even if one innocent person was killed in trying to destroy ISIS, that would be one too many. Disagree. Armed conflict is a bloody business and not for the faint of heart. Innocents' have died in wars for centuries. While it doesn't feel good, it remains a part of the decision making process. The sacrifice of a few for the good of the whole. This group has no qualms about killing any and everyone that doesn't conform to their beliefs. The only way to resolve that issue is to crush their will to do harm. While no one will ever stop this (because it is fanaticism) we must take every measure possible to extinguish their existence.

We have to go in and get ugly. Will innocents pay the ultimate price? Of course they will but for the greater good you do what is right. After it is all over we pray for the good people lost but honor their sacrifice by allowing others to live in freedom.

That is why you fight to win, so that the thought of war makes those innocents punish those who want to do harm to the US.
