Am I the only one that questions the rationale or logic of having someone with that sort of medical condition in a position such as this?

 

No I would say you're probably not the only one. Which is probably why it was addressed according to what Guru posted previously.....

The allegation of cursing at a caller should be easy to prove or disprove .

In short, if you diagnose something and treat it correctly and it's not a problem moving forward I don't see the issue.

Also if it was an isolated incident I don't think a loss of job is needed. Only if there is evidence of repeated poor behavior. We all have bad days.

And to add, if we fired dispatchers/police officers for making mistakes we would fire them all in short order.
