And Ohio State plays a tough Schedule . ( BAAAAAHAAAAAA ) JK you JA

They are doing what chains have been doing for years, cant beat the competition just buy them out . But make no mistake whether intentional or unintentional Obama's legislation is shrinking competition in a huge way .

Just filled 4 rx's , sent the claims to the Ins co and they " paid" with no rejection ... well let me explain that , the Ins Co actually paid NOTHING , they lowered the patients Co pay to BELOW 11 bucks for the 4 rx's combined and they paid nothing , the pt paid 1.74 , 1.89 , 2.50 and 4.24 co pays . For the treatment of high blood pressure and managing their diabetes thats what I got paid . I have to pay all the overhead , Rph salary , techs salary , cost of printer , label , vial , liability Ins etc etc etc , maybe I can make it up in volume ??? Think about it 11 dollars for 4 Rx's .

Nobody makes money off an Atenolol and Metformin IR, maintenance meds won't line your pockets.

Average markup on listed price at Walmart is around 70% or so on prescription medication...but with insurance very very few pay people pay full price. When they lowered the price on 1000's of Generics to the $4-10 range for 30 day supply it shook up the industry several years ago. Some independents and chains were charging $30 plus for these scripts at the time...now most generics are in the same price range. Those were a cash cow for pharmacies for years.
