What happened on this play?

 

I don't remember the exact details but it was runners 2nd and 3rd (Seibert). Ball was hit somewhere and the runner on 2nd broke to 3rd. Seibert then took off to home since the other runner was at 3rd. A rundown ensued and I believe the pitcher ended kinda lunging to make the tag, up ending Seibert and getting himself knocked down.
