First person that comes to mind is Stanton but I don't think he'd be eligible because he's been on the DL for so long. A couple weeks ago the guys on baseball tonight were talking about Randal Grichuk's exit velocity. I'd guess him, and if he isn't right my second guess is Bryce Harper.

Stanton is correct. 9.6% of his batted balls were over 115. Next closest was Carlos Gonzalez at 2%.
