Family event at the Lawnboy house.....very fun to watch.

 

Fastpitch softball makes MLB, college, & and high school baseball VERY hard to watch, so much so, that I can't remember the last time I watched even an inning of any of the 3.

 

The regular season is tough to get into. They play the games at the weirdest times. We had season tickets, this season, but made it to only 6 games, and of those games, we only got to see the last few innings as part of a softball/baseball event on Friday nights. I don't think we'll get them next year.

College softball is better than HS softball IMO. Some of the HS pitchers are so dominant with the closeness of the pitcher to the plate that the rest of the team can take a nap while playing defense. In college, seems like the hitters have more of a chance and the game is better IMO.
