Usually Bdubs and Hooter have a corporate deal to bring cost down on individual locations. I'm guessing the deal they were offering for this fight wasn't as good. Local bars are the ones who suffer usually. They charge by capicity for the NFL Sunday ticket as well.

It's about 100 yards fro the Turfway and Houston intersection. They opened a couple of weeks before Christmas. The place is very large, I will be there tomorrow for lunch, I can't get enough of the fish tacos, I'll ask on the occupancy, I'll also find out what time I need to be there by. When I was there on Wednesday my usual server said that she would be there working, and said that she could reserve a table for me. If people let me know I can ask for two tables if enough people want to go. And FYI, whenever you go ask for Leaha.
May 1, 201511 yr I know the size of the building was part of Italianos' demise. I don't know the rent that they pay there, but after their lunch rush, about 1:30PM, there are usually only about a dozen table, or less with people. The bar varies on the number. A few of the girls I know from there have already quit as they were not making much in tips, on Wednesday about 2:00PM there were only 3 girls working the floor, plus one at the bar. Unless they bought the building cheap, I seriously do not see how they will stay open for a long run at that location.
